REGISTRATION

All participant to join 2023 JSRAE Annual Conference needs pay registration fee through the registration form below.
The registration before Aug. 1st, 2023, is applied for the early-bird registration fee, while after Aug. 2nd, there is a late registration fee.
The online registration form will be available until Aug. 25th, 2023. After Aug. 26th, 2023, please pay at the registration desk onsite.
We will send a "participant-package" including a name tag, conference program and a proceedings CD-ROM (if requested) for the corresponding address (domestic only) if you complete the registration by Aug. 25th, 2023. Please bring the package, then you can go directly to the session room, without stopping by the registration desk.
URLs for the online drafts will be announced later.

Please reserve your hotel as early as possible if you intend to join this conference onsite.

NOTE1: You can pay using credit payment form. (Sorry, the bank transfer is only available in the registration for in JAPANESE)
NOTE2: If your address is outside of Japan, we will hand over the pre-registration kit to you at the reception on the day of the event.
