Announcement and Call for Proposals

The JSRAE Annual Conference 2026 is scheduled to be held from September 1 (Tue) to September 4 (Fri), 2026 at Osaka Metropolitan University, Morinomiya Campus (opened in September 2025).
The conference will take place at the Morinomiya Campus, which opened in September last year.

Early Registration and Paper Submission

Thank you for your many abstract submissions.
Paper submission was closed on July 13 (Mon). Please note that no further revisions will be accepted after this date.
Regular Registration Period: August 4 (Tue) – August 21 (Fri)

After August 22, pre-registration will not be available, and payment will be required on-site via "credit card" or "cash".
Please note that paying by "credit card" will require entering a significant amount of information on your smartphone.
We strongly recommend early registration and pre-registration to avoid this inconvenience.

Advance Publication of the Web Version of the Program and Proceedings

The web version of the program and proceedings will be made available to registered participants via email approximately one week before the conference.
Please check the program for information on accessing the venue and presentation rooms.

Program Booklets and Name Badges

Program booklets and name badges will not be sent in advance.
During the conference, please pick up your name badge at the reception area (4F Makers Space) and receive your program booklet at the counter.

We look forward to welcoming many participants and fostering active academic exchange at the conference.

Manuscript submission period : June 15 (Mon) – July 6 (Mon), 2026 July 13 (Mon), 2026(No further extensions.)
Early registration period : June 15 (Mon) – August 3 (Mon), 2026 (Closed.)
Regular registration period : August 4 (Tue) – August 21 (Fri), 2026 (No further extensions.)

Announcements

  • Regular registration is now open. Please complete your registration via the “Registration” page. The regular registration period ends on Friday, August 21, 2026.
  • The Annual Conference of the Japanese Society for Food Engineering, which is closely related to refrigeration and air-conditioning fields, will be held at the same venue on August 31 (Mon) and September 1 (Tue). Members of the Japan Society of Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers may register for the Annual Conference of the Japanese Society for Food Engineering at the regular member rate. The advance registration discount is available until July 31.
