Registration

Registration is divided into the following periods:

  • Early Registration: June 15 (Mon) – August 3 (Mon)
    Discounted early registration fees apply during this period.
    Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
  • Standard Registration: August 4 (Tue) – August 21 (Fri)
    Standard registration fees apply.
    Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
  • On-site Registration:
    After August 22 (Sat), advance registration is not available.
    Please register on-site and pay by credit card or cash.
    Standard registration fees apply.

Important Notes

  • Payment by bank transfer or credit card will be accepted until payments received on August 24 (Mon). If payment is not completed within the early registration period, standard fees will apply.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after completing your registration.
  • No conference materials will be shipped in advance for the 2026 event. Please pick up your name badge and program booklet at the registration desk on the day of the event.

Members of ASHRAE, CAR, SAREK, and TSHRAE are eligible to register at the JSRAE member rate.

The Japan Society for Food Engineering member categories are valid for participation on September 2 only. For participation on two or more days, the co-sponsoring society member rate applies.

The number of seats for the banquet is limited. Please register as early as possible if you want to join the banquet.
