Abstrac submission
Please submit your abstractl from the Abstract Submission Page” below.We recommend that you prepare the required information in a separate file in advance and use copy & paste when filling out the form.
・Depending on your browser, using the "Back" button may erase the entered data. If you make a mistake while entering, we recommend completing the form once and then making corrections.
・Once your submission is accepted, a confirmation email including your submission number will be sent to the registered email address. If you do not receive the email, please contact us via the “Contact” page.
・As long as it is within the submission period, you may revise your submission using the submission number and password provided in the confirmation email.
・During the entry or correction process, a message regarding the “poster session” may appear. Please ignore it.
・From FY2025, the names of the institutions for authors and co-authors can be selected from a predefined list. The list is based on past conferences. If your institution is not listed, please select "Free Input" and enter the institution name manually. If your institution is listed but the name is inappropriate, please also select "Free Input" and provide the correct name. This information will be used to improve the list for future use.
