Registration

Registration is divided into the following periods:

  • Early Registration: July 1 (Tue) – August 4 (Mon)
    Discounted early registration fees apply during this period.
    Payment can be made by credit card.
  • Standard Registration: August 5 (Tue) – August 22 (Fri)
    Standard registration fees apply.
    Payment can be made by credit card.
  • On-site Registration:
    After August 23 (Sat), advance registration is not available.
    Please register on-site and pay by credit card or cash.
    Standard registration fees apply.

Important Notes

  • If payment is not completed within the designated registration period, standard fees will apply.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after completing your registration.
  • No conference materials will be shipped in advance for the 2025 event. Please pick up your name badge and program booklet at the registration desk on the day of the event.
